Island Electrified: Earth Month & EVs

This Earth Month, gear up for an island-wide celebration of clean energy and cutting-edge electric vehicles (EVs). Drive Electric Hawaiʻi and the Hawaii EV Association will host free public events across the Hawaiian Islands, showcasing the latest in EV technology, offering test rides and drives, and featuring experts on the perks of electric transportation.

The Drive Electric Earth Month events are scheduled as follows:

The choice between Level 1, Level 2, or DC fast charging is all about trade-offs. Level 1 requires a longer charging time. However, Level 2 and DC fast charging will incur additional expenses, whether from additional equipment, installation, and upgrades or from higher fueling costs at faster public charging facilities.
